EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

Products once purchased cannot be returned or exchanged as they are Cleansed, Energised and Reprogrammed by Master Neha Kamboj and once they are worn by the recipient, they get connected to the wearer's auric field, they cannot be used by anyone else.

If there are any breakages observed , there is no return, exchange or refund.

 

Please make a video while opening your package to claim any damage or missing article.

 

Before making any request for replacement, kindly note that we shall process the request for replacement only under following circumstances:

  • The product supplied is different from the product ordered.

  • The product supplied got damaged / lost during the shipping process.

The customer must supply the proof of purchase or receipt of the product.

Nevertheless, the customers shall not be eligible for return or replacement/exchange apart from the above mentioned circumstances:

 

Exchanges:
 

Crystal Bay shall replace/exchange the products only if the product received is damaged during shipping. The products shall not be replaced or exchanged for any other reasons as specified. If the customer is desirous of getting his product exchanged, he/she shall contact us at info@crystalbay.store

Crystal Bay shall entertain the requests for exchange only if the same has been raised within 24 hours from the date of delivery of the product.

At the time of making a request for exchange, the customer shall share a receipt or proof of purchase along with the image of the product (in case of broken product received).

Only the particular product with broken product shall be exchanged and not the entire lot.

Transportation cost for sending the product to Crystal Bay's office shall be borne by the customer.

The customer shall pack the product with due care. In case the product received at the premises of the vendor is damaged or worn out, the customer shall not be eligible for exchange.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we shall send you an email to notify that we have received your item(s). We shall also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request through email.
